Plusnet Two Hub issue?

I have just renewed my Unlimited fibre Extra contract, I also ordered a new Plusnet Two hub to replace my ageing Plusnet One hub.

The Plusnet Two hub arrived today, setting up was straightforward, but when i did a speed check my speed had dropped from around 45 Mbps with my old Plusnet One hub to around 31 Mbps with the new Two hub.

Yes i know it's only day one with my new hub, but this is a substantial drop in performance compared to the old One hub.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Arec you testing your speed über an Ethernet link or wireless? If wireless can you try using an Ethernet cable, this will determine whether this is a network or wireless issue.

PC is running windows 10.
