A pity - a more up to date one would be more useful.

This is the first time I have seen this model of BT Hub event log, so some message formats are new to me.
I do note there is a device with an IP Address 192.168.1.192 thought out the day firewall rules are being applied for port 6672 8571, 8572 probably by UPnP
This Rule has been applied successfully: [id:2174, InternalClient: 192.168.1.192, External Ports:(6672,0), Internal Ports: (6672,0), Protocol: UDP]
This Rule has been applied successfully: [id:2167, InternalClient: 192.168.1.192, External Ports:(6672,0), Internal Ports: (6672,0), Protocol: UDP]
This Rule has been applied successfully: [id:2163, InternalClient: 192.168.1.192, External Ports:(8571,0), Internal Ports: (8571,0), Protocol: UDP]
Do you know this device is? Not saying it's the problem but it will help understand why the messages are appearing.
The connection appears to drop around 14 days, this maybe normal for a BT Hub
What devices are being used when you notice the slow downs? With low upload speed it would be easy to flood your network, maybe the PS5
Setting up this might be helpful to you https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality

These hubs resetting every 14 days is a ‘feature’.
