Unfortunately changing to a dynamic IP didn't fix the problem for me. PlusNet are at the stage of "nothing we can do", which is somewhat frustrating.

Symptoms can appear to be similar for different issues, so "me too" posts with no specific detail are not easy to assist. Can you please describe your problem, how you are connected and your expectations.
Which router are you using?
Please post the router stats.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
