Really slow speed

Hi.

For the last few days our download speed has been about 4 mbps. Would it be possible for someone to have a look and try and sort it out please.

@Kevstar What package (speed) are you on? Is there any noise on your phone line?

Hi @jab1 We are on fibre and the speed we get in around 35 mbps. A little hissing perhaps but no crackling:
)

@Kevstar  Just to be clear, does the 'hissing' occur on your quiet line test, dial 17070 from your test socket?

Hi @Gandalf it was working fine but has started to drop again., we should be getting just under 40 so its halved.

Sorry to see this Kev. I've tested your line and the tests are showing everything's spot on. Your router's in sync at a download speed of 40mbps and an upload speed of 10mbps. When you're testing your speed, is this on a device that's wired into your router using an ethernet cable or that's wireless (WiFi)?
