Refund for loss of service?

Hi, I had no broadband service for a number of days this month due to an openreach issue. Am I due a refund for the days I had no service? If so, is it automatically credited or do I have to request it?
Since the line was repaired by openreach, normal service is thankfully resumed.

Hi, should the refund appear in my billing history or separately? Looking back, each bill has been for the same debit amount.

Where in my account should I look to check?
