With everything apart from the xDSL uptime looking perfect.

the xDSL uptime is only short because the Hub is rebooting !!

It's a hardware fault.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I`ve reset the Hub back to its original default factory settings via Plusnet Hub Two Manager, and it seems of calmed down now. Its been ok for the last 4hours now 🤞

The Hub hasn't been right for the last few months with it resetting itself at least once nearly every day, but today it reset itself 4 times....
