Router issue

Hello all, just recently, let's say the past week my router has started dropping out and going through it whole orange flashing light, orange light, blue light procedure up to and possible more than ten times a day. If it is doing any "heavy lifting" such as me playing a game on my PS5 or steaming on my TV it will drop out regularly, this is now becoming unbearable. I have checked all connections and my main telephone socket and all seems to be ok. Any suggestions as to what I can try next? I've searched a few forums and there is a suggestion it's a router problem.

Is that the Plusnet modem router?

@Embrangle TBH your problem is much more likely to be a connection fault than a router fault.
Sight of the broadband connection status from your Hub (with the 'Username' obscured) would be of help.
For the Hub One -
Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting > Helpdesk
For the Hub Two -
Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
