@jab1  I don't disagree, but just wanted to check if PN had done areset before the closed the fault - hey I know, but maybe they did - if not then more ammo for that call in the morning!

@jellybeanz - have you rebooted the Hub since the claimed 'resolution'? I suspect that if you tried the Hub1 after it, and then replaced the Hub2, this should have been sufficient to do that, so a line reset is in order.

Hello all - back again because a month later, my upload speed is still capped, although now at a generous(!!!) 1.5mbps instead of 0.6. I'm only trying to upload photos at approx. 6mb each, not uploading gbs upon gbs of video! 😅

I have no idea why this has happened - I have been with Plusnet for years and always had at least 8mbps upload. I haven't moved house in 3 years. I'm still being charged the same amount. What has changed? 🫤
