I already reset the Hub Two and still has the same problem. I found that there is "CWMP: HDM socket opened failed." in the event log. What is it? Is this important? I have attached the event log file.

Hi,

I wouldn't worry about the message the requests are often requested again by the Hub, it was successful a couple of minutes later

When you reset the Hub two are you using the pinhole at the back or through the GUI? I would suggest a factory reset using the pinhole, hold the pin in until the light turns off. This will remove any port forward rules or changes other changes you have made. Make sure you know your broadband username and password before you start.

Are you going to contact plusnet about the possibility of them providing a replacement hub, a replacing the hub would eliminate it being the cause of your slowness

After I reset the router by clicking "Reset" from the router menu on Thursday night, the problem was still there. However, on Friday morning, the problem is gone. Everything is OK until now (Saturday afternoon). I'm not sure it is because of the router or it is something else. Just hope that it won't happen again.
