I'm having slower internet speeds yet again - see previous post, exact same issue. Speed seems to be capped to 50 mbps when it's meant to be 70mbps. I don't know why this issue keeps recurring?
Here are speed test results all done with the default Plusnet router, using the master socket.
Can I have an engineer come round ASAP please?

Forgot to add - did a line check with a telephone, no issue or crackling
Time line of speed drops in screenshot - used to get 67 mbps, last got this on 6 Feb then it is gradually dropping.
My neighbour downstairs who is also on Plusnet from me had a similar issue and recommended we should get an Openreach engineer out

I searched for Helpdesk on the Plusnet site (while logged in to my account) and all it asks me to do is text HELP to 07800008121.
Curiously it is now saying on my account that my expected speed is 43-49 Mpbs, but the contract I agreed on is a min guaranteed speed of 67 mbps. I am not sure why this changed without my consent or any communication but this is clearly a breach of my contract. And to add salt to the wound, an email got send round recently saying the prices are increasing! How do I report this?
