Slow speeds and random disconnects since cancellation

Having issues since canceliling , my speed has dropped from 60ish to 14 and the whole house internet drops for a few seconds every couple hours, anyone known this?

 

My router is a dreytek one and diagnostics show no faults on the hardware.
