Hi would you mind checking my connection again? It appears to be going the same way again with multiple disconnects and speed drops. Many thanks.

Is your TP Link compatible with Fibre without the modem?

No Sorry, it does not have a built in modem.

Hi @richardjh, I've just performed a line test and it's showing signs of a "high resistance cable fault" so it would be best to book an Openreach engineer visit. 


Can you let me know your availability for these slot times please?

 

Monday to Friday

AM = 08:00 to 13:00

PM = 13:00 to 18:00
