Speed gone from 18mb to 9mb

Okay so after work today i will go purchase a phone and do some tests on the line, i did report my problem to the help desk and it said there was issues in my local area from the 1st till the 14th (which is today) so hopefully when i go home who knows it might beokay

Ah, interesting. So there was an Major Service Outage, it might have helped if you had mentioned it earlier, but no matter. Let us know what you encounter when you get home.

Yes it does look like it the HELP text come back saying it was estimated to be fixed today by 5 so fingers crossed this is the issue. Still confused why my account says 9-10mbs but when i apply for a new account it says i can get 18-23mbs but maybe it will all be sorted by end of this week. Apologise id dint know till I sent that text on Friday
