Had to check my broadband speed today and it is down to just over 40mbps wher e it should be 70mbps.

why is this.

@OldFrank Probably due to errors/faults on your line or with the BT/OR infrastructure.

Good morning @OldFrank, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your internet connection. 

Can I ask how you're running your speed tests? It's just I've run some tests this morning, and sync speeds are coming through at 72Mbps, with the line looking pretty stable as well. Let me know
