Still no broadband service

I received my activation text following a hold at BT. Day 3 of my activation and still no broadband service. I am losing hope now. Unbelievable!

I now have a blue light and still no connection

Big outage at the moment unfortunately

I can't even get help by the text channel. Plusnet doesn't recognise the phone number it gave me.

Keep trying, they are under pressure at the moment. Internet services are beginning to come back on.
