Removed the faceplate and still having the same issues.
In that case I'd suggest you call Customer services and tell them that your connection isnt working. Tell them that the light on the Hub is flashing orange, that youve tried the test socket and its no different. They'll be able to check whether Openreach have (supposedly!) completed the order and get an engineer appointment if necessary to fix the problem
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks a lot for your time on the phone this afternoon @Tbalderstone1 and I'm sorry we weren't able to get your connection working over the phone. As discussed, I'#ve now arranged an engineer visit, so hopefully they'll be able to resolve the issue on the day.
