Telling me phone lines are closed

No matter which one I ring I’m being told phone lines are closed.

Strange the main one (0800 432 0200) certainly isn't.

I ring that, it rings, asks me if I want mobile or broadband, if I choose broadband it just tells me lines are closed. Got someone from mobile to transfer me.
