Hi,
After several years of stability my connection began to suffer 12 months ago, and I was eventually banded - or so my connection stats would suggest. The line appears to have been stabilised since, and I've been seeing a consistent "attainable" rate above 80Mb for the last two months:
Therefore, could the banding please be removed from my line.
For info, the stats above are from my Billion router (I don't use Plusnet's).
Cheers,
Nigel
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Have you verified that there is not a fault on your line, and that your service has been banded to maintain its stability?
Possibly an intermittent issue?

Hi Will, when the speed was initially dropped - I presume by banding, as it was a specific number through each disconnection, around 59999 - I was experiencing disconnections every few days. This was some time ago. For the last three months or so the connection has returned to its past stability and the speed was increased to its current, at 66999. Before the disconnections that led to the original speed drop I had a reasonably stable connection at 79999, with my router showing - as it does presently - an attainable rate of 84000 to 85000. This is why I'm presuming the line has been banded for some time. Does your reset affect that? If so then I'm happy to go ahead with a reset.
Cheers,
Nigel

Thanks for confirming @simplysup
I can see the same details on our end so I do think a reset should get things sorted
I've put that through for you now and it should go through in the next hour or so

Just a follow-up: my connection has remained stable at 80/20 since the reset.
