My contract was up for renewal so I renewed again with Plusnet on a different deal, (faster, cheaper).
I had paid for a static IP on my old contract, coukd anybody tell me if I'll still have this on my new contract? It isn't listed under 'My contract'.
I can't seem to find any information about it any of tge documentation.
Thanks in advance

If you renew your contract and have a static IP, that remains - contract renewal is merely a financial transaction, it does not affect your physical connection.

A product change will modify the characteristic of the physical connection if it is from (say) ADSL to FTTC, 40/10 to 80/20 or a change to FTTP speed. A change to FTTP from ADSL / FTTC will be physically different.
The fixed IP address is associated with the account, to be precise the PPP session, thus it matters not what connection technology is used, a fixed IP address will remain, so long as there is no change in the user's account (as has happened when the commercials on a product change have gone wrong).
