Very Slow Upload Speed

I am unable to use cloud storage as my upload speed is typically 0.3mb    Contract states 1 mb.  Download is 8mb when I should be getting   11-13.     Any ideas how to get this fixed. Pretty useless as it is

@bozzle3 Upload speed is an 'up-to' figure, and is not guaranteed.

What product are you on? I am guessing ADSL from your quoted figures.

I have tried to run some tests, but it's not showing an active connection and I just wanted to check with you, is the router is turned?
