That is a Hub1 - so log into the Hub and navigate from the 'Home' screen as below:
For the Hub One -
Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting > Helpdesk

That's where the fog returns. Where do I log into the Hub? It's not something I've done before.

In a new tab, enter '192.168.1.254' - without the quote marks and follow the prompts. I'm out for a while now, but will pick up later.
