Even though I’m paying for unlimited fibre extra, the status shows broadband. Does this mean that I’m not receiving what I am paying for? If so, that would be a separate issue.
Having rebooted today, my laptop and two firesticks are working, but my lights and google nests are not. They will still not connect to WiFi, even though they recognise the router.

Unlimited fibre extra is the 82/20 (maximum) version of FTTC - not Full Fibre, which is a totally different product.
