Internet down for about two hours today from ~ 10.30am to 12.0pm.
Not a Broadband issue.

I experienced a similar problem at the same time. My internet has come back but the router after years of service is now picking and choosing which devices it communicates with and provides no wifi. I am typing this while waiting hours for someone to pick up the help line. Very disappointed my loyalty to Plusnet is based on their ability to answer the phone. Yesterday I was told bluntly there was no telephone answering service at that time.

I'm really sorry you had an issue with your connection, yesterday some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Is everything working now?

I'm sorry you are having an issue with your connection, I know what a hassle this is and the frustrations this causes.
