I upgraded my package last month and I got a new router, wasn't sure when to plug in but said on my account that the change over was in process so I waited until my next bill got paid. Plugged the new router in following the guide and it worked for a bit then it keeps dropping. It seems to drop more when we are on prime. I've had the lines checked and apparently the lines are good. I've double checked I've plugged everything in correctly and I have. Any help please?

@Karaquarrie1 Welcome to the forums. When you say it 'keeps dropping' what exactly do you mean? What happens to the Hubs light at these times?
