Re: chromebook disconnecting - too many stas

What router are you using and how many wireless clients/devices do you have on your network?

Re: chromebook disconnecting - too many stas

Hi @gypsyreiver and welcome to our Community Forum.
I can confirm when looking over your connection from this side currently I can see the signal strength for your given line length looks to be set too low and I beleive then causing errors which are coming across as disconnection and stalled pages your side on the Chromebook. In which case, I've bumped the signal strength on your line back up to where it should be and this should hopefully resolve the issues you've been seeing moving forwards. Please let us know how it goes.

Re: chromebook disconnecting - too many stas

Thanks,

Not sure who i know how many connected devices, on BT homehub i could usually see.  Nothing that a family of 5 wouldn;t expect to be honest!

Not sure if related but before 10 download speed was down to 0.2mb. i changed the channel to 1 on the wifi and that seemed to improve things. Will keep an eye on it.
