@jab1, I think CJ99 means that they couldn't get through to Plusnet help on the phone, so they created a ticket online - as suggested.

I'm not sure creating a new topic in the fora helps if the problem requires staff involvement.

@corringham Fair enough, but we don't know the specifics of their issue - maybe, just maybe, posting brief details on here could get a faster response than you get via the 'ticket' system these days/

Looks like it's happening again, just had my internet drop out, changed DNS to Google, all working again.
