its def plus net i can acess sites via phone  etc and its across multiple devices and browsers 

eg is i disconnect lap top from plus net and join via my non plus net phone its fine.

 

Its the grab below it just will not switch off

I've never used SafeGuard, I see the same as you

Have you thought of enabling SafeGuard but not setting up any blocks, removing the current blocks?

Maybe considering using a VPN, that way the sites you visit won't know you're a plusnet customer by your IP Address

What are you turning off and where?

Plusnet safe guarding is not turned on by default and the reported DNS servers are not the safe guarding DNS servers.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
