I'm looking for help on deciding whether to upgrade from

I have been with Plusnet for around 20years now and very happy with the service and help which I have had in the past.
However, my old brain is falling behind on what is best for my needs.
I currently have 250mb free webspace which I need to keep as I host my website on it.
If I change to the new contract, will I lose this webspace?

@Katie222 You are already on the fastest package available (Unlimited Fibre EXTRA) although with the reported attainable rate, I would DOWNGRADE to the Unlimited package, given that you can only achieve 46Mb/s on the more expensive option, and can get close to the max on the cheaper option.

I would also see if you can negotiate a better price, given your length of membership.

Thank you for your helpful reply John and I will call Plusnet to see what they can do regarding price. I am mainly concerned that I keep my webspace if I change.

Katie, I can't 100% guarantee that, but from reading various posts, I don't think your webspace would be under threat should you change packages.

Hi John. I have just rang Plusnet and apparently I already have a contract until January 2023 and currently have a discount of around £20 which is comparable to the new offer. He couldn't understand why I had got the new offer.
I'm happy to stay where I am.
