I need to transfer a business domain away and sort out the IPS tag etc

Can a member of admin staff at Plusnet PM me / create a ticket please?

If you post the new ISPTAG here, a staff member can raise a ticket and initiate the process in one touch.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
