Closing business account how to transfer referrals

We are currently doing a final readiness check to transfer our business internet to a (not BT) new provider next week September 4th [1].  I will be keeping my Plus.net account at home, at least until the contract is up.  As a business we recommended Plus.net for the best part of 20 years and still have some active referrals.

How do I go about transferring the referrals to my domestic Plus.net account?

[1] Just to add insult to injury BT postponed our migration.
