Old VAT invoices

Is there a way to get copy invoices older than the 15 months that are available on your online account? Thanks

The first question is: Are you a Business customer?

As far as I am aware, VAT invoices are only available to Business customers.

It is a business account but not may not be clear on here. I ahve VAT invoices for the last 15 months but it won't go back any further.
