Hi All, is the Plusnet Business customer service still 24/7? I tried reaching out to them via phone and they appear to be closed.
Normally they would be open at this time but are closed.

Do you get a message to say it is closed?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yeah, just rang support again but no option for business anymore just 1 for broadband (no business) and 2 for Plusnet mobile even when pressing 1 and then trying to press 1 again for customer service. I just get a closed message and that's it

Yeah, I was, I will try call them now as the automated voice said yesterday that their open from 8am - 8pm

Incidentally I replicated this Monday night but I had left the office by then and I wasn't in yesterday to be able to raise the issue. I've discussed with my team leader who used to work in Business Support.
He's checked with his former colleagues who confirm that the support should absolutely be 24/7 still.
We've raised the issue and we're investigating. As soon as I know more, I'll let you know.

I thought so, because when I called the number all I got is the residential options and I had to have a residential customer support employee transfer me to business. I've asked them myself and said that it is 24/7 but no sure why the number doesn't have any business option or directory

Heya, sorry for the delayed update.
I've chased this up last night and I'm advised that the problem's been raised but we don't know when the 24/7 line will be working again. I'll carry on keeping an eye on this though and let you know when I know more.

Hi all, I'm really sorry that this is still an issue, some changes were implemented overnight last night to resolve it so we're keeping an eye on things to make sure that's worked as intended.

I have problems with my broadband on Saturday night , it is a business broadband and no way to report it to plusnet on any of the numbers!!!!!
I am paying for a 24/7 support what should i do????
