im trying to migrate a business domain away from plusnet

 

if i login to the portal i get a message stating due to the account closing down no changes can be made

 

is there a way to perform an ips tag update and retrieve the current DNS entries setup for the domain?

You might find the Domain Diagnosis site useful - https://www.domaindiagnosis.com/ .

As for updating the IPSTAG, I think PN need to do this, so you'll probably need one of the support guys to pick up on this thread.

@Rpgfinancial Can you send over the IPSTAG you'd like your domain to be transferred to, and I can get this sent off to get your domain released?
