It's frustrating at times because I'd love to solve everyone's problems first time but we persevere and normally that is all most people ask. I'll still be around though. Good luck, and thanks for the post.

I'm slow on the uptake & missed the departure!  Mine was a brief encounter with Jojo but memorable.
What a wonderful read these posts make; the banter, puns & input from PN colleagues makes one realise the quality & strength existing, to serve us poor mortals @ the end of a bit of BT wire.
