WanDisco has been suggested but it's probably just a wicked rumour.

I believe it's more than a rumour!

Re: 'Bye all, and thanks for everything :)

There's been quite a number go there. Looking through the list I can see
Richard Fletcher
Ian Wild
Mand Beckett
Rich Smolenski
Stephen Blower
Ben Brown
Gary Beardshaw
Mark Kelly
Philip Richardson
There was also one very prominent current Plusnet employee who went there and came back.

Should we be worried then?

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Still plenty of decent staff here so I wouldn't worry too much on that! Don't forget that some who have left have returned.

Did not mean to say that ALL decent staff have left far from it.

Re: 'Bye all, and thanks for everything :)

It seems that whenever I briefly return to the forums someone important is always leaving! Don't know if you'll see this now Matt but it was a pleasure working with you on the forums ‘back in the day’ and good to meet you at PN HQ too.

Re: 'Bye all, and thanks for everything :)

Am I the only one watching these forums and the responses from Plusnet staff on here and thinking what a huge loss Matt was?

I think Matt's knowledge and experience was a loss, however personally I think that Linn, Chris, Chris and Adam are doing a great job in here.

Re: 'Bye all, and thanks for everything :)

I'm not sure I'd agree.
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,125479.msg1090492.html#msg1090492 is an example.
I know that most people reading that would get the impression that the OP had received a confirmation email and that it was up to the OP to post it if they wanted.
As revealed by subsequent posts that post was totally misleading - the OP had NOT received any such email.
Up to now the Plusnet way when things go wrong as been to fess up (publicly), apologise and say what they will do to make amends. Posts which strongly imply the user is partly to blame by not reading an email (which was never sent!) or hiding behind false DPA issues as an excuse for not publicly acknowledging an error has not previously been the Plusnet way and I hope it won't be.

Re: 'Bye all, and thanks for everything :)

Casting my mind back I seem to remember a lot of the C/S problems were due to them being in a separate builds and as a result everybody was moved into a new building. Now it seems that is being reversed so the old problems of lack of communication between departments. Hey Ho!!
