Slight exaggeration there, there was 1 problem that took around a week to resolve on this, not sure how that means 99% of the time.

Just an update on this. We were intending to launch the new site during March but during the testing we've identified issues that we'd like to get fixed beforehand. So we're going to delay for a short while and will let you know a more detailed timescale in the not too distant future.
Remember to check that your email addresses in your profile are valid as when we do launch the new site you'll need to be able to access them to log in.

This site needs a 'like' button.

I disagree. I've never had a problem using the img tags with a remotely hosted image. Although it isn't technically the same as uploading to the forum, it has the same effect and is much more reliable. In my 8-9 years of being here I've never bothered with the uploader.

Ultimately who really gives a stuff.
The bottom line is for Plusnet to provide a reliable competitive broadband service.
And that isn't doing so well. The new community site is just a distraction.

The new forums are being ran by a firm called Lithium. Have a look at their own website to see more, including existing customers. http://www.lithium.com/company/locations/uk
Here is a quote from their website
Quote “has a holistic vision of providing its clients with a total community that consists of customers, prospects, influencers, employees, and advocates.”

I hope you're joking @Oldjim, NTL (AKA Virgin media) were by far the worst telephone, internet and TV provider it has ever been my misfortune to have dealt with.
