Hey,

My name is Joshua and I am the latest addition to the customer relations team.

I have been with Plusnet just a year and a half as a retentions, sales and house moves agent.

I am looking forward to getting to know you all and Helping out with anything and everything I can.

Bare with me with my tech and faults knowledge it’s not as up to speed as my colleagues! However I will be learning as quickly as possible Smiley
