Hi Guys!
Just a quick post to introduce myself as I'll be starting to appear in here every now and again.
My name's Andy, I'm approaching 4 years at Plusnet and my area of expertise is faults.
I started on technical support, spent a couple of years on the faults team and have been on the Customer Relations team since its inception (and the complaints team before).
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and hope I'll be able to help a few of you out along the way!
