Aloha!!

My name is Sharon and I’ve been with Plusnet for almost 5 years, over four and a half of those dealing with complaints first in the Complaints Team, then latterly, the Customer Relations Team. I’ve seen us grow dramatically over the last few years and I’m looking forward to getting involved with this side of things.
My ‘specialist’ subject is provisioning but these guys are a supportive lot so if there’s anything I don’t know, I can certainly find out for you. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
