Hey Guys,
                  I'm Ben B  and i have been with Plusnet for over a year and a half now. You will be pleased to hear that my expertise is Sales, existing accounts and home moves. You will see me around over the next coming weeks and I am looking forward to getting to know you all and help in anyway possible.

It would be good to have the CRT membership thread updated please - who is in / out / in charge.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
