It’s up to us to make the Plusnet Community the best place to find answers, ask questions, and chat about all things Plusnet. We work closely with our superusers and moderation team, listening to their feedback on what our customers would like to read, learn and do more of in the community. The Plusnet Help Team keep a watchful eye on the community, stepping in when our superusers escalate a thread they feel needs to be looked at by a member of staff. If your issue requires account access to be resolved, they'll reach out to you via private message. They are:

I’m Josh. I’ve been with Plusnet for a couple of years and I’m multi-trained in Technical, Billing, and Provisioning. Outside of work, I’m really into competitive games. Currently, I’m playing Rainbow Six Siege. I am a big fan of Lucifer and recently, I finished watching all of Arcane on Netflix, and as you can see from my profile picture, I have got really into it.

Hi there, I’m Joe. I joined Plusnet back in November 2023 and started off in the technical team. 6 months down the line I was given the opportunity to work in the provisioning department. Since moving to the community team, I have been multi-trained in nearly all aspects and departments of Plusnet.
Outside of work I tend to be online gaming with friends on my PC. The main games I tend to play are survival games like rust, day-z, valheim etc… Also regularly play league of legends and have done for the past 6-7 years, (I know.. Sad right?).
I’m a massive foodie so I’d like to think I’m a fairly good cook. My favourite foods tend to be Italian dishes but there’s always space in my heart for a massive Sunday roast.

Hello there I'm Cri, I joined the Plusnet technical team in November 2023 with no background within telecomms or technology. Since joining I feel I have gained so much knowledge and confidence, I moved up to provisioning and billing and with time passing I was given the option to look after social media as well. I no longer consider myself a "dinosaur" when it comes to troubleshooting broadband issues and games alike, however, I do still consider myself a newbie when it comes to more complex things, I believe that everyday is a learning point and I'm always willing to learn new things. Outside of work I spend time with my 2 Daxies Lily and Lola, I love cooking (I'm Italian so I'm quite confident when it comes to food) and I do enjoy a little bit of gaming too.
