I joined Plusnet in February 2008 starting in Technical Support.  I moved to Broadband Faults in 2009 and assisted with the DLM and FTTx trails recently.  I wanted to join Digital Care for a challenge and to broaden my knowledge of the business.
Hobbies/Interests? I play piano and guitar.  I also cycle regularly.
