New Youtube Help Videos


Good afternoon everyone,
The business has been working on many exciting projects over the past few months, and one of these is improving our online support.
With that in mind, I am pleased to announce the release of Plusnet's new Youtube help videos.
These videos have been designed to explain more about the Plusnet products and help if you have any problems. We have found some of the more regular questions that are asked through  tickets, calls and the community forums and we believe that these could help the customer experience.
We're keen to know if there are any other common issues you'd like to see videos about in the future! Please bear in mind that we may not be able to fulfill each and every request, however, we will feed any suggestions back into the business. So if anybody has any feedback, then don't hesitate to let either myself or any other members of the Customer Relations Team know.
I will update this post with new videos as they are released.

The video for the broadband speed check show the further diagnostics step having the postcode and house number filled in which is for FTTP, for ADSL and FTTC (99.9% of your users) it should be the phone number!

Very well spotted. It looks like the details are entered into the FTTP section right at the very end.

The setting up one for the 2704n has a major omission
It says remove any phones from the master socket but nothing about any phones in other sockets needing filter
