My speeds are back to normal now, and my Monitor shows no signs of latency from last night, despite my dreadfully slow speeds and higher pings. Also, I was not on pcl-ag07 or 08 apart from for a minute or so. Still on ptn-ag03 since my hop last night.

Far as I know it's still accepting ping request, not sure how to check that. And far as I knowe nothing happened at around that time.
