Just had to chuckle.. forgot I did a speedtest before disconnecting. 22Mb/s too slow.. hahaha. But seriously, pages did start to timeout.
Reconnected and back at max speed - now on pcl-ag04 City Lifeline House
More like it.

Log into the management page of the router. Under "Broadband Connection" click the Disconnect button. Then click "Connect" to re-connect. Which gateway you end up on is a bit of a lottery, but you can check your gateway here.
EDIT: corrected typo
Thanks for the help! New gateway seems to have helped load pages quicker, but anything like Youtube it still out of the question, I just can't stream anything at all.

Chris, I've got a wireshark trace from around 22:00, but it's 8.7MiB compressed.
What should I do with it?
Edit: gateway is pcl-ag04

New to the forum. We have been experiencing delays/latency problems for the past few weeks but only tonight raised a ticket to Plusnet suspecting the problem maybe related to interleaving being switched on our line and asking Plusnet to switch it off to see if it helps, only after that did I realise there is a multitude of posts on the forum and realised it was a more widespread problem, maybe gateway related. We are connected to gateway ptn-ag02 which is not mentioned in earlier posts so rule that out for the moment but carrying out a ping test during the period we experience the delay we get an average of 152ms other readings 61ms and 22ms.
To Chris Purvey, I took a wireshark trace during the period we experienced the delay and as it cleared on it's own, would you like to see it?

Still connected to pcl-ag06.
Ping and jitter as of 5 minutes ago not so good:
Although speedtest seemed ok:
TBB graph is still showing increased latency at peak times, although this is not as severe with less big spikes than it was last night:

Currently on pcl-ag03 and download speed is awful! Normally get 25-30Mb but now seems throttled at around 3Mb.
http://www.speedtest.net/result/2559093806.png
Before I reconnected I was on ptw-ag04 which seemed a bit better and would sometimes give full speed download speedtest and other times not. In fact quite often when doing speedtest I'd see it downloading at full speed ~30Mb for a few seconds then suddenly drop to around 3Mb and remain there for rest of the download. Upload has always been unaffected.

EDIT: corrected typo
Thanks for the help! New gateway seems to have helped load pages quicker, but anything like Youtube it still out of the question, I just can't stream anything at all.
I've tried another socket but still no change. Web pages are ok, but streaming is out of the question. Think I'm barely reaching 1MB in download speed.
I tried installing a TP-Link router but gave up, its like trying to decipher hieroglyphics. Got my Windows laptop to recognise it, good signal, but just couldn't get a Net connection. Argh! I don't think my net woes are due to the Netgear that originally came with the Plusnet deal anyway.
EDIT: Also a question, can anyone tell me what my download speed is supposed to be? I originally signed up for Plusnet Extra years ago. Honestly it feels like my speed has never gone past 2 or 3MB, is that what I'm supposed to be getting?
EDIT EDIT: Also, seems the closest exchange is showing amber for VP, might have something to do with my speed problem lately?
http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/?exchange=Catford&exact=200&plugin=vp
FINAL EDIT!: I've noticed a BT guy fiddling with cables on my road the last couple days, he's not around but a barrier is set up near a pole, another possible cause...?

Put your phone number in here and that will tell you what you are supposed to be getting.
