Website and Internal System Issues today

Good afternoon everyone.
As you may notice we're experiencing some problems with access to our website and also our internal systems.
This means that we won't be able to view your account when calling us and can only offer generic advice so we'd advise not calling unless there's an urgent issue at the moment.
As you may guess this means we're unable to make a service status announcement, however we'll update you all as appropriate via this thread and via our Twitter page: https://twitter.com/plusnethelp

Just a quick heads up but we've had to put holding pages on the rest of the community to investigate what's happened today.
They'll most likely be in place until tomorrow but if anything changes we will let you know.

Always find the main website slow to load, the forums are quicker than that.

Not sure of the point of your post - it's the community site that's down, not the main site or the portal!

Well the Library tab isn't showing a holding page and hasn't done since this started, just a blank page as are any direct links to Library articles. When is it going to be back up? and what happened - did it get hacked?

It's about time someone came clean and told us the real reason it's down.

They've switched off the server to see what the uproar is and if they can get away with dropping another service to save a few quid.

Why has the link to the forum rules been removed from the site links in the footer of the forum pages?
