Sounds good to me, but perhaps take it a stage further and let the user choose which blogs they want included in the RSS feed and which they don't, rather than presuming they want all of them? For example I read the Comms Blog and the Web Portal Team Blog, but not Dean Sadler's Blog, so I would want the first two in an RSS feed but not the latter.
