Thanks to reports from multiple users, especially @jab1, we've raised the below with Khoros regarding community slowdowns.
The community is taking longer to open pages than we would like, with users reporting that its exceptionally noticeable when opening an individual board from the main index page - with customers initially saying it's taking at least 8 seconds, but usually closer to 12, then between 14 and 20 seconds and now upwards of 20 seconds |
As always I'll update when I have more information.

Apologies in advance but I've received the following response from our suppliers
I understand that some users are facing some slowness in loading the pages. I tried it from my end and the pages are loading normal. Also the memory utilization is also under threshold.
Could you please share me a few sample usernames who are facing the slowness along with the screen recording of the issue reproduced so that I can check further?
If anyone is able to replicate this and provide a screen recording I'd be grateful, I'm going to try to do this myself as well but as always the more the better.

@JonoH I'm going to try and send you a copy of a 'psr' zip file by PM - let me know if it is any good, please. FYI, this was a little quicker than usual, but still slow, compared to other sites.

I noticed it, similar to the issue a few months back, but not yet as bad. Stalls on the connecting to community plus.net

We’ve seen before the product owner not testing on all browser platforms and different browsers behaving differently.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
