Could not sign up to Community with the email I use for Plusnet.

Hi,
I have had to make this account with an old email address that I don't use because this site won't accept my current email, the email that I used to initially sign up with plusnet.

Upon signing up I would receive the error, "That email is not allowed."
Upon trying to change the email after sign up I got, "That email is banned." I was then instructed to contact system admin hence this post.

I use GMX email, a very popular, private and secure organisation, so, system admins, I have no idea why it would be banned but I would like to changed it to that please. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums

To put it another way: GMX is an ad-supported, popular with spammers email service.
Unfortunately due to the amount of fake / spam accounts from this domain those email addresses are no long allowed on the forum.
You are the first genuine user to try and register since the ban was introduced that I'm aware of and there have been no reports of existing users impacted by it.

Apologies for the inconvenience but the ban on the domain won't be reversed.
