Error when posting a reply

Got this error when posting a reply about 09:46 this morning. Win7 FF 58.0.2

Posting a reply with ( possibly? ) an error in the link I added.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Seeing similar to this (authentication errors) a lot - especially when I start typing a reply, get distracted and return to it sometime later. I suspect that the website session expiry time is far too short.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

could also occur if we're moving posts around, I think.

@dvorak Unlikely, it was a new 'escalated' Topic I was adding details to.

@Townman It was a new Topic and even with editing would be less than 5 minutes

Not sure what could have happened here. You don't have any restrictions applied to your usergroup within that area and should be able to post quite freely. I will send a support ticket off to Lithium to find out some answers.

It is odd @jaread83 I've successfully posted other topics since this occurred. Reported as an example, not an annoyance.

Hi @MauriceC, I have a few questions that should aid Lithium support.
What browser were you using when you encountered the error?
How often does this happen to you?
If it happens very often, do you have any browser addons that you could try disabling to see if that is causing an issue?

As in the OP Win7 and FF 58.0.2 64 bit

How often does this happen to you?

This was the only time I've seen this error

Hi all, Lithium have informed me that a fix has been rolled out for this. I will keep my eye on it.
